Shift Fuel Products Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shift Fuel purchase! That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To Start Your Return Process:
- Please email us at shiftfuelproducts@gmail.com to initiate your return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues:
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (like coffee) and custom products. If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us.
Exchanges:
- If you’re interested in an exchange, please email us at shiftfuelproducts@gmail.com with your concern. Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll send further instructions.
Refunds:
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and processed your return request. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at shiftfuelproducts@gmail.com.
